By using The Queer Tee store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy, Returns, and Shipping Policies.

Orders and store use

You agree to provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Prices, product availability, promotions, and product details may change without notice. A submitted order is subject to acceptance; payment must be authorized before fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other legitimate reasons.

Made-to-order products

Our products are made to order. Minor variations in color, print placement, size, or appearance can occur during production and do not necessarily constitute a defect. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.

Intellectual property and liability

Store content, designs, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks are owned by or used with permission by The Queer Tee and may not be copied or used without prior written permission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
