The Queer Tee products are made to order. Please allow time for production before shipping.

Production and delivery

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate, not a guarantee. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for your order once the order ships.

Address changes and international orders

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible to request a change; once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Shipping problems

If your order has not arrived or appears lost, email codeculture.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to review the issue.
