Our quality promise

Every The Queer Tee item is made to order. We want you to love it, and we will make things right when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please email codeculture.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a no-cost reprint or a refund.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or a color preference. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering. Do not return an item before contacting us; in many cases, photos are sufficient and a return is not needed.

Delivery problems

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for an order that cannot be delivered because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete. If a parcel is lost, returned to sender, or delayed, contact us and we will review the circumstances. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
